BEFORE YOU BUY.

What should I check before paying?
Check the event year and selected day, the total price including fees, and what admission includes. If your plans depend on gate sales, ticket transfers, or reentry, confirm those arrangements before paying.
How do tickets and sample tickets work?
Admission gets you through the gate. Sample tickets are exchanged for tastings inside. In 2026, each day needed separate admission, but unused sample tickets could be used either day. Extra sample tickets were sold at kiosks. Check the 2027 arrangements before buying.
How do I show my ticket at the entrance?
Follow your ticket provider’s confirmation instructions. For QR tickets, keep a readable code on your phone or bring a clear printout. Have your valid photo ID ready too.
What if our group arrives separately?
A 2026 order could contain multiple admissions under one QR code. Check your confirmation and contact the ticket team before the event if your group will arrive separately.
Can I get a refund?
The previous website’s policy states that sales are final unless the organizers expressly allow an exception or a refund is required by law. Read the archived purchase policy for past purchases. The applicable 2027 terms will be available before payment.
My ticket email is missing. What do I do?
Email tickets@worldexpoofbeer.com before the festival, including the event year and the email used to purchase. On the Friday and Saturday of the event, bring the issue to admissions staff in person; email resends are not processed on those days. Get help with an existing order.
